Penzu - Online journaling site great for writing assessments.
Meograph - Mapping tool that allows creator tell a story using multimedia and maps. Meograph stories can be shared or embedded.
Timeline Maker - Easy to use timeline maker. Timelines can be printed, but not saved. Good for an introductory timeline lesson.
Interactive Timeline - Timeline creator that allows a couple of different options for printing, but not saving.
Khan Academy - Video tutorials in different subjects. The tutorials are short and presented in easy to understand scenarios and language. The videos are also constructive in nature and build upon information presented in previous videos.
MIT + K12 - MIT students produce Science experiment videos for teachers to use in the classroom. This project is an effort to actively build the STEM curriculum and ultimately student interest in pursuing a career in Science, Technology, and/or Math.
